"Unfortunately, our experience fell well below the standards I have come to expect as a Hilton Honors member. Upon entering our room, we immediately noticed a strong mold/mildew odor that persisted throughout the room. Additionally, we found pubic hairs in the bathtub, what appeared to be bodily fluid staining on the bedding, and bugs crawling on the floor.
