The room was clean and front desk staff were friendly. The breakfast was ok. The pancake machine and coffee machine were not functioning properly. The breakfast tables were not wiped off often and the trash was overflowing.

Stay was good. Hotel was clean, kitchen was great. ‘Light’ breakfast that was offered was just some granola bars and yogurt, maybe we’re just accustomed to every hotel having. After continental breakfast?

The Residences at Biltmore
Sheets and towels need to be better quality and the bed wasn’t very comfortable. A light bulb needed to be replaced as well as the batteries in the controllers for the television and fireplace.
