"This hotel is in a prime spot in Arras. One of the oldest properties in the town and right on Grand Place, it is 15 minutes walk from the train station with lots of restaurants close by. The staff were very helpful and responded quickly to my emails. It is an old hotel in an old building so the range of amenities is not wide but it does have a lovely courtyard, perfect for a coffee or something stronger if you prefer. "We took aged parents and I hadn't picked up anywhere that lift went to first floor only. Room was comfortable. Front desk friendly and helpful. Breakfast good have been more geneous or perhaps those who went before had eaten all the croissants!"
