"I normally really enjoy staying here but here are things I must mention -
They have microwaves in the room but no plates and my food melted causing me second degree burns trying to take it out of the microwave. I suggest giving plates to your guests and utensils in the rooms to avoid this from happening. It's great to have a microwave and sink ( sink saved a lot of skin) but need to be careful if you're making food. Also, please note their front desk is not manned properly for emergencies or room service. I called down for help to maybe get ice or clean up the room (spilled my dish while getting burned) but the front desk lady said " we cannot help it's only me at the desk and I cannot leave. Call 911 if you need to". I requested the nearest ive machine and made a run for it. Thanks for nothing. I had my hand in the bucket all night and luckily saved the skin on my hand but I warn you bding a medical kit in case you need it when staying here."
