"We had a great time on our spring break with grandkids. Staff were excellent. You can access the pool when it opens before check in on day of arrival. Lazy River including wave pool & water slides were great. Very close to MOA —so one evening we ate there at food court & went on rides there too. Arcade at GWL was also fun & dance nights in lobby were great for kids & bubble machines. Such a great time. On check out day—you can use pool & activities after checkout to closing. "They are doing construction right outside the hotel, it’s not the hotel‘s fault but the road drilling starts at 7:30 AM and is VERY loud. It’s right outside the window of the hotel."

My first time complaint is since the last time I was here, the televisions changed and now the way to google cast constantly gets messed up. I had a Fri/Sat stay and the google cast worked when I checked into the room, but once the tv was turned off it would then no longer. "Exceptional facility & friendly staff - greeted by the bellman, to front desk, the lounge, and housekeeping. Shout out to Ciera @ front desk (sorry if mispelled). Looked after our check-in, messaged later on to see if we settled in ok, and followed up the next day to see if we needed anything. Would return again."

"Was stuck in Minneapolis due to flight cancelations. Had to make a quick reservation. The price was very reasonable, the staff very friendly and professional. The property very clean and the location was ideal. We had shuttle service to and from the airport. "

"We had an early flight to catch, and were told by the front desk attendant that even though that was the case, “grab n go” bagged breakfasts would be available. That was not the case. Nothing was made available. The carpet in our room was torn/cut out in the closet area, as well. I expected better. "
