"Clean bathrooms, fine room, well equipped and clean kitchen. We knew this ahead of time but the bathrooms are shared. This place is a cross between hotel and hostel. Great location too. "

"Ryan is Great! It's great to meet someone like Ryan who cares more for people than the business that could suffer. I walked to the right of Aurora because I was starving. I saw lights, hoping that there would be good. These lights were lighted but stops. However, further on the walk is a Mexican Restaurant the other direction. Crossing safely, I notified others eating. Carnitas Plate with a bottle of Mexican Coke; must be Heaven. I'll enjoy dinner here again, as it's Great and filling."

"The property was amazing. Things I didn’t like, it was a basement unit, and always cool. No way to control the temperature ( that I could find) in the unit. The only parking is on the street. I had to plan ahead what to bring in. The neighbors in the back, had an Apple tree. There were yucky, dead apples all along the path to the back and the stairs. I was visiting my grandson in the UW district. Was very convenient for that "

"Great place to stay if you’re happy to walk to the centre. It’s easily accessible and does have a small car park. It seemed to be first come first served. We had a Chevy suburban and the receptionist was very helpful and let us use the large space outside FOC. Unfortunately the bar closed every night (in July) by 8pm so you can’t get a quick drink from anywhere when you get back to your hotel. (No room service either) For travelling with children it was perfect! (Ages 9&11)"

"Staff was top notch and so helpful. We appreciated all the tips and friendly advice. We needed luggage storage before and after our stay which was such a help. Our room was larger than expected w fantastic bathroom. The beds were very comfortable. Great location. Very close to Space Needle & Chuhuly Glassworks. We got takeout burgers from Dick's right across the street. Tasty & cheap bite. There were some homeless people at their entrance & around Space Needle but no problems. Will definitely...

"Although you are in the city, the lake gives a feeling of calm and openness. Very enjoyable to watch the seaplanes takeoff and land on the lake. "
