"The staff was excellent. The hotel was good, especially considering the price-point. There were a couple of things in the room that were a little dusty - thinking about the HVAC register in the bathroom. Bathroom door didn't lock properly. No in-room coffee by default, BUT upon inquiring as to how I could get coffee VERY early (I was doing the Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon the following morning) they brought a coffee machine, coffee, cups, and some sweetener up to the room for me. I really appreciated that. My kids enjoyed it. It was a little loud outside the hotel, but I don't know that you're going to get away from that anywhere inside SF. Easy walk to Pier 39 and Fisherman's Warf. Longer walk but still doable to Marina Green/Crissy Field. Parking was pretty easy. Again, for the money, I was very pleased."
