"We couldn't fault our stay. Our room was on the second floor with velux windows in both the bedroom and bathroom affording lovely views. Both rooms were spotlessly clean and warm. "I was going to visit the Brecon Mountain Railway and I needed somewhere close by to stay for the night. Luckily, I chose the Butchers Arms. The room was lovely and clean and the bed very comfortable. The food was filling and tasty and I had breakfast looking across to the start of the Brecon Beacons. The beer was wonderful especially the Butty Bach (little friend in Welsh). "
