Medianamente recomendable. Hasta este momento no sé como hacer para que se me reintegre ese dinero porque yo pagué a través de Expedia con mi tarjeta de crédito y fue en recepción que solicitaron que registrara mi tarjeta "just in case" pero siendo una persona que visita hoteles constantemente sé perfectamente que la habitación se devuelve tal cual la recibe uno en el check in."

"The morning associate was very unfriendly and told me to come back later because nothing was ready. I asked if I could at least begin the check-in process and leave my luggage, but she again told me no and instructed me to return later. To make matters worse, the shower curtain in our bathroom was absolutely disgusting and appeared to have dried blood all over it. After we requested a room change, the new room had drainage issues with the bathroom sink. Overall, I left feeling extremely uncomfortable and unclean after this stay. I also have another reservation booked for an additional night, which I will now be canceling due to this experience."

"Cons: bathroom was old. Shower curtains were dirty. The sink was clogged. Bed sheets had stains and were old. Pillows were filthy and old. The room itself was not cleaned very good. Pros: AC unit worked flawlessly. The staff were nice and helpful. The fridge worked great as well."

"Hotel is decent but bathroom needs upgrades and housekeeping appears to be slipping. Whatever chemicals they are using to clean should be discarded as the odors linger and are not totally pleasant."
