"Property was very clean, but in need of updates. Staff and amenities were excellent."

"Big alert the property is under renovation, during 8-4 there is a lot of noise. The property was nice place, the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was awesome, eggs, sausage, pancakes, muffin, cereal, yogurt and juices. If it wasn’t for the construction noise it would have received a bigger rating. I was not informed of the construction intill I was there checking in. It would have been nice to know before hand."

"The perk of this hotel is that it's new so it's modern and well maintained! Additionally, it's in an excellent location right next to the Kierland Commons. Keep in mind that the hotel is a business budget hotel, and the amenities are as such. I didn't use the pool or gym, but the gym looked well maintained with newer machines and the pool area looked small, but fine for a quick dip. The bedding was very scratchy and the mattress was very soft so my fiancé and I sank into it and found it...

"There was no cold water. Staff said let it run, I filled the bath tub and it was still warm. Staff said that was normal for Phoenix area. I explained I am from Phoenix and haven't ever seen that before. Staff was helpful in canceling my reservation and getting a full refund."

"Except for a loud waiter who was yelling loudly at a disgruntled customer at breakfast on Sunday, June 21, 2026, which was highly inappropriate and disturbing, the rest of my stay was good. I had a room on the upper floor with a balcony and a nice view of the lake and the mointains. Its too bad the restaurant closes at 7 pm and the choice of food was just poor! The resort needs to do a better job with that. Wi-Fi was a bit slow but working. Need to improve the payment process - iPhone Apple...

"I liked it stay, room was gorgeous. Views impeccable; staff amazing. Yep things kept me from giving them a 5. 1) aerial yoga class was cancelled and we didn’t know until we showed up. She said there was “no way to contact me” but I gave them my phone number when I signed up and they didn’t even check to see if I was a guest? 2) vegan food options were non existent so we door dashed a couple times. Would have preferred to be able to eat thheor food, at the bar/restaurant."

"With so many options, your decision is in the details. It’s a good place to stay for the price. Issues: blackout curtains in our room did not cover the windows completely. As soon as the sun was up so I was I. The AC was not working properly the first night but they did promptly fix it. Not enough hooks in the bathroom for damp towels. A room with 2 queen beds needs more towels and places to hang them. Overall it was a fine place to stay. Beds were comfortable."
