"Room 1 had hair(animal and human) on the floor, bed, and bathtub. No covers on the bed and questinably clean bedding. Staff gave us another room with sticky floors and Counter surfaces and questionably clean bedding. Neither room had cooking utensils as advertised. The entire building smelled of marijuanna. A full refund was given and reservation cancelled."

"Wonderful property! Staff was extremely kind and even gave us a 'welcome' bag of treats because we were celebrating a graduation. The room was clean, comfortable, convenient. Right off the highway, but quite and peaceful. Amazing breakfast! My daughter couldn't stop eating :)"

"This day was decent I guess. I don't like the fact that I booked a 2 room suite with 2 beds and get there and I'm given a one room suite with one bed and the hotel says there is nothing they can do about it."

"I had a very disappointing stay at the Econo Lodge in Rochester, NY. The room was extremely dirty—there was hair all over the bathroom sink, the towels were stained, and the bed sheets also had visible stains. The floors weren’t clean, and the microwave was in a filthy condition. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless they make major improvvements."

"They were canceling all reservations. The people at the front counter, were claiming that their guests decided to stay longer, eventhough a bunch of us were trying to check in. I was probably the 6th or 7th person with reservations, that was told their reservations were being canceled. Personally, I don't believe that many people wanted to extend their stay, but don't have any proof of that. I've wanted to extend my stay at other establishments, and was told that I couldn't, because my room was...

"We were in town for our daughter’s college graduation. We were able to check in early. That was great for my daughter to get ready for the graduation. The staff was so nice and helpful. The room was clean and looked new. We loved it. It was convenient t to the Blue Cross Arena, the venue for the graduation. I am handicap. There was ample parking for us. I would stay here again. I recommend it for the location, cleanliness and the wi derful staff. Thank you. Eugenia."
