"My family and I absolutely loved this charming quiet house! With a seven-minute walk to the main bus line and 15 minutes to the tube, as well as many grocery stores and bakeries nearby, it's perfect for living like a local. It rained a lot but we were happy to be in our cozy house. It's about a 30-60 minute ride on public transport though to many tourist sites, but we enjoyed bringing a book along for our double-decker bus rides across town! "

I was in London with family and friends over christmas and had to complete the stay due to limited availability and last minute pricing. "I was traveling for three weeks for business and the Stable House was such a perfect home base - you really can't beat the location if you're looking for something in the area. It was clean, well maintained, and on a quiet side street but still minutes (literally just a few hundred feet) to good food and drink. And of course, only a few minutes walk to the Castle and the Windsor side of the river (only about a five minute walk to the castle)."
