Especially since i requested a drink NOT offered on their menu. Everything was Reasonably priced. Hotel has been nicely renovated. The rooms are appointed nicely and spacious. "We only had a quick overnight stay for the hospital the next day. The place looked amazing — it was smart and tidy. The staff were extremely friendly, no messing about. The room was perfect for what we needed. The only complaint was that there were no plugs by the bedside table. But overall, we were really happy with our stay and would recommend it"

Hotel is set in beautiful grounds; also close to Piccadilly line underground station. Standard rooms have no air conditioning. All in all lovely place. I will definitely stay again."

"Sent the same enquiry three times before arrival - no response. Arrived exhausted at 1am. Given a room key that didn't work. Returned to lobby for replacement plus spare. Back up to the room only to find neither worked and could hear people in the room walking up. Back down a third time to be given a shabby room on its last legs. All in all a bit of a dump. Not recommended at all."
