Firstly we were given the wrong room type and ok we could have looked past this but the heat within the room was unbearable. There was one fan left for us that hardly gave any relief of the heat and was positioned in a place no where near the sleeping area. "Staff were excellent and got a free welcome drink from the bar which was a bonus. Rooms were good size and it’s ideal for a base. The only issue was there was no Air con and it’s been really hot. Tube station 20 min walk. Good parking would stay again."

"This hotel is basically student accommodation, running and shouting down the hall ways around midnight. Eventually moved room after initially being told hotel was full to then be told "my bad" we have another room."

Didn't know how to open the windows, thought they needed keys, but they didn't. We're from Canada so the windows are different. Luckily we had a fan in the room to help us sleep the 1st night.
