"I knew my room was going to be small but I was shocked. It’s like a broom cupboard. Avoid if you are claustrophobic, there was barely space to move as a solo traveller. Everything was clean and bar/reception space are nice, but the rooms are shockingly tiny."

"The hotel location was great. Very easy to use tube or buses. All the staff were excellent. The room was adequate, but there was a noisy, intrusive air-con unit which we needed all night. The wardrobe doors were ill-fitting and storage space was limited. Excellent supply of hot water, and a good shower.
