"Nice clean room, comfortable bed. Great proximity to Harry Potter Studios and walking distance to a yummy pub. Off-street parking. Note shared bathroom. We had noisy neighbors at 2 am but not the fault of the B and B."

"I stayed at the Hide for 3 nights in July 2026, at an executive double room (in case the room makes any difference). Room itself was amazing, but the hotel facilities were really good in general. Very clean, well-maintained, you felt really nice being in such an environment. The people that work there were also really friendly, and willing to help. Did not encounter any issues whatsoever, really happy with my stay."

"This was a lovely two night's spent. The room was clean and the staff was lovely. The area was right next to the highstreet with loads of shops, restaurants and even parks to choose from. The people in the area were friendly as well. My partner and I were pleasantly surprised and would highly recommend booking a stay at the NAP HOTEL! We'll definitely be back soon."

"Comfortable and air-conditioned"

"Good location for tube and north London, easy parking. Apartment was weirdly appointed with random furniture. Kitchen very poorly appointed - not possible to cook properly. Fridge smelly and crockery mostly plastic. No tea towel, no laundry detergent and no washing liquid. Apartment was dirty and they cleaned it a second time. Sheets had not been changed (they changed them). A few hours into our stay another person unlocked the door and walked in - he had been staying there and they hadn’t...

"Had to have maintenance attend the room for around an hour to fix the shower hose (cracked) the air con (wasn’t working) and the heated towel rail in the bathroom (wouldn’t turn off and was blazing hot on a 30 degree day). Room was ok in terms of cleanliness but I cleaned some marks off walls myself because it was off putting. Overall poor experience as I was late for the concert I was attending at the stadium, waiting for basic stuff to be fixed. Ruined the experience tbh."

"The room wasn’t ready when we got there & we had to wait until 4pm, we had to get changed in the toilets as we had to leave for an event. We were offered free drinks as an apology but didn’t get a chance to use them as we were only there for one night & was late back from the concert. The room was very clean & the bed was comfortable but that’s about the only positives really. For an apartment hotel it’s not up to standard, there is an overheating issue in the building. "Amazing location for Wembley, only hotel guests were allowed in the bar after the gig which made it comfortable. Breakfast was great with plenty of options. Rooms spacious, clean and comfortable"
