"Clean, easy check-in, short walk to Holland Pk or Shepherds Bush stations. The kitchenette was nice for breakfast and the surrounding neighborhood was very nice. The street was a little noisy but we had the windows open due to the above average temps in London, luckily there was a fan provided which helped for sleeping. Found the stairwell to be very hot. Great stay!"

"Good customer service (I had to extend my stay but change rooms, the cleaning staff moved by baggage between rooms for free). Overall clean and well maintained. The only warning I have is that the heat build up is pretty bad in the rooms and there is no air conditioning, just windows that you can open and a fan provided. I would recommend it for the cooler months but avoid it come mid June through September."

"The property was great - amazing location and very comfy with plenty of room. Loads of facilities and very clean. Check-in was remote via WhatsApp, but very easy and no problems. "Great property in the middle of Chelsea near all kinds of things and transportation. Great service even without a concierge at a desk. I had early check in but I did have to leave the first room because it was not a nice room. It was clean but awkward and the window opened to a half-underground cleaning/machine situation, window didn’t lock, bathroom tiles coming off, etc. anyway I contacted Numa on WhatsApp and they resolved it immediately, moved me to a good room. "There was confusion regarding check in as they don't have a front desk. Was unsure how to access the unit until the moment we arrived. Had to ring a doorbell and an employee came. They then give you codes to get in. Not sure what would happen after hours or late on weekends as I don't think anyone is there. Other than that the neighborhood is good and safe. The unit was very clean but very basic. Could have used a coffee table. The roll out "bed" was horrible though. It more of a roll out chair....
