"Die Zimmer entsprachen überhaupt nicht den Bildern im Internet. Statt grosse hohe Räume, hatten wir ein modernes, gemütliches, kleines Appartement mit Küchenzeile unterm Dach. Leider kann man die Fenster nicht öffnen und sie sind bis zur Hälfte zugemauert. A/C vorhanden. Sehr nettes Personal."

"Enjoyed staying here. Close to trafalgar square and restaurants. Our safe didn’t work but we told desk and it was fixed the next day. Room was comfortable."

"It was a great stay. The staff was fantastic! The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable.
Only two relatively minor things to note though.
Maybe this is normal in London, but literally everything in the room has its own wall switch. Including the WiFi router, which took me a while to find. The TV was also on its last legs. I only used it to watch YouTube and I quickly learned that once a video was playing, even adjusting the volume was too much for it to handle and the TV would stutter at best...

"Check in war problemlos. Wir konnten unser Gepäck bis zum Zimmerbezug im Hotel abstellen. Das Studio ist sehr geräumig und hell. Küche ist mit Backofen, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine, Nespresso, Wasserkocher und Waschmaschine ausgestattet.
Zimmerreinigung und Handtuchwechsel fand am übernächsten Tag der Anreise statt.
Das Frühstück war landestypische. Der Service ist sehr nett.
Lage zur Tower-Bridge und zu den St.Katharina-Docks in 5 MInuten fußläufig zu erreichen.
Wir würden es wieder buchen"
