"Not bad for a roadside hotel. I would stay again if I just needed somewhere to crash for the night."

"Booked a king room. Got there and the room was upstairs, but I can't do stairs because of a prosthetic leg, so they gave us a dbl queen (downstairs) because they don't have an elevator. Then there were small bugs in the room and at the entrance doors, the caulking in the tub area was horrible, cracking and not well maintained. "Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and nowhere near worth the money we spent. Upon arrival, the room had a strong odor of marijuana. We attempted to contact the front desk to request a different room, only to discover that the room phone was broken. In addition, two of the lamps in the room did not work. "My hotel room door wouldn’t lock and the hotel staff told me to “just lock myself inside for the night” and I had to make first a request for maintenance support and with no follow up over 1.5 hours requested a new room which I had to negotiate with the staff for as they didn’t want to grant my request. I was a single woman traveling alone and horrified by the response of the staff."

"My stay at Key West Inn Resort in Tunica, Mississippi was a wonderful experience from start to finish. "The property had debris laying around under the breezeway and in the back of the parking area. The staff was nice. She asked if we wanted to pay $5 more for a renovated bathroom and we said yes. The room was nice looking but the floor had a sticky residue that made a sticking sound with every step. The bathroom floor was dirty with hair and dirt pushed to the corners and we paid $5 extra!
