"I ordered the room service for breakfast. The order came wrong the staff on the phone was over and over denied that it was not wrong -first she denied item that is written on the system (which I saw and ordered not true/ later I showed it at the reception desk) -even with that they delivered another item (such as I ordered packed eggs with sucuk, they delivered eggs Benedict) -their denial was beyond rude and unacceptable (far beyond correct customer support) -still charged me that order even...
