"Little trouble getting in but host was responsive despite the late hour. I would have appreciated a more accurate description of the parking situation. Not only is there no parking on site, there is no parking anywhere close. The place is nice and roomy."

"The room was fine, the pullout couch did not have any pillows or blankets for it and the bedliner had piss stains. The bathroom also smelled like human feces."

"I would definitely stay here again. Nice and spacious suite. It has a full kitchen, laundry room, and walk-in closet. Easy check-in. There is no sign on building or entrance to indicate it is CozyStay. You must locate entrance by address number.
I recommend they have extra washcloths in rooms. Would also be nice if they put a few loads of laundry powder in rooms.
It is in a convenient location and in walking distance to a lot of stores and restaurants. And a short drive to many entertainment...

"First room provided had smoking smell. Since I am allergic, we had to switch. After 24 hours room, especially bathroom started to get quite bit of dust.over all convenient location and friendly staff."

"The check in process was easy, I had email trouble and called the property and they helped me out immediately. The AC was nice and cold and the room was perfect with a great walkable location to historic sites and our concert venue at Union Transfer. Great stay!"
