"Probably the best location in Osaka. Connected to Takashimya, Sky o and Namibia station - all accessible from within the hotel. Staff are amazing and very helpful. Love the breakfast. Plenty of vegetarian options. Great restaurant options around. My fourth visit to Osaka and fourth stay at Swissotel. Don’t think will ever look to change the hotel for future stays. "

"We had a lovely stay at Citadines Namba Osaka. It’s either this hotel is brand new or just recently renovated. The hotel is very clean and well decorated. Love the contemporary decor. Our rooms were spotless and slightly bigger than the usual small hotel rooms typical of Japan. We got the rooms with the little kitchen area. There is a residents lounge on the 6th floor with dining tables and chairs, cups and utensils and an espresso machine (which I really appreciated to help start our day of walking and touring). The hotel is close to restaurants, convenience stores, the Kuromon Fish Market and a fairly short walk to the Namba station, shopping center and the Shinsaibashi shopping street which will eventually take you to Dotonbori. Or you can always hail a taxi outside the hotel if you don’t feel like walking. Very convenient stay overall with excellent service from the staff. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Good deal, the room was okay enough for two. A bit on the quiet side of Dotonbori. One thing though, we got lost multiple times because of multiple turns to the nearest konbini. Overall, still recommending."

"Very clean, staff is very friendly and helpful, at a great area. Everything was comfortable. A bigger bathroom than most hotels. Big window for natural light. Lots of free amenities. Great smell too. "
