"The Grand was excellent. Location easy to get to train. Cafes just outside hotel we're great. The rooms are beautiful , clean and have everything you need. Very quiet hotel in middle of city. Staff very friendly and helpful. The pool, sauna and gym are great , well maintained . Breakfast was lovely, with good variety and quality. Will definitely visit again ."

"Property was incredibly well kept and clean, as were the rooms upon entering. We loved how they had options to skip room cleaning and donate towards Kiwi birds instead. The gym and pool were your typical hotel ammenities but were kept in top condition. The elevators were very fast, check in/out was a breeze with knowledgeable and staff. We opted to include lounge access which was a bit underwhelming - there were limited snack options throughout the day. We did enjoy the cocktail/drink hours from 5-7 - both bartenders made amazing drinks and were very kind. Overall a really good stay at the hotel."
