"Great hotel, especially for the money. Location is incredible - right in Ginza - lots of shopping and food around and so easily walkable. Easy access to lots of train stations as well. The little snack bar at this hotel was a huge hit with the kids (and parents) - every day after our adventuring around we’d come back for some snacks - mini donuts, cheeses, cookies, ice cream and juices, coffee, beer, soda etc. all free! "I stayed at Peninsula with my 2,5 year old kid. Peninsula gave me a very complete baby amenities from bath equipments to stroller. This gives me an easy stay. The area surrounding the hotel was also excellent. The Hibiya Subway Station has exit direct to the hotel and the closest JR station which is Yurakucho station is only walking distance. It is very near with Tokyo Station also if you need to take Shinkansen."

"Hotel is nicely connected with 4 subway lines, making it easy to go around Tokyo with metro. Some lines require longer walks though. Hotel is well maintained and clean. Beds were comfortable, facilities in the room were great. Our room views were superb. There is a 7-eleven downstairs making it easy to get some quick snacks. Hotel is also a stop for the airport limousine bus, which is comfortable and economical to get to the airport. "

"The hotel service was unfriendly. They dont allow early check in, even when the rooms are ready. They only accept check in time at 3pm, so at that time everyone that has been waiting at the lobby,, all have to queue again to get the key. Which is very unefficient. And i have request for a late check out, an extention of only 1 hour from check out time which is 12pm because my son was not feeling well and want to rest before our bus to the airport at 13pm. Even that, they dont allow. So...

"Definitely a luxury hotel with impeccable service and ability to get reservations at top restaurants with short notice. Tower view rooms have a direct unobstructed view of the Tokyo tower which was very nice. I also loved the breakfast food (especially the udon set)."
