The room was comfortable and blended Japanese and Western styles and was serviced thoroughly every day. We made good use of the club lounge for breakfasts, snacks and drinks in the evening and had dinner one time in each of Origami and the teppanyaki section of Suiren, the fine dining restaurant. "Excellent location and clean, efficient rooms. The proximity to the train station, a family mart, and the Don Quixote saved us a lot of transportation time and allowed for lots of cheap supply runs. The rooms are definitely a little tight when you have more than one suitcase, and the light from the toilet is very bright and you can’t turn it off as it shines through the glass restroom doors, but otherwise the room was very efficient and had everything we needed including water, coffee,...

"Great location near Shimbashi station, you can catch any train to anywhere in Tokyo, near Ginza. Great staff, so friendly. "

"I stayed at Peninsula with my 2,5 year old kid. Peninsula gave me a very complete baby amenities from bath equipments to stroller. This gives me an easy stay. The area surrounding the hotel was also excellent. The Hibiya Subway Station has exit direct to the hotel and the closest JR station which is Yurakucho station is only walking distance. It is very near with Tokyo Station also if you need to take Shinkansen."
