"This is a great hotel in an excellent location in Tokyo (Ginza). Their breakfast is stellar, you can choose between the Japanese breakfast (which is to-die-for) or an american-style breakfast. Additionally, they have a buffet style assortment of delicious food that is well made/prepared. The rooms are clean, a bit small but that is pretty standard in Tokyo. There are amenities such as laundry service, they have onsen (baths) for women and men (separate), a very small gym with a few 4-5 machines, and a vending machine. We never used room service, but I imagine it would have been high quality. The front desk was very helpful when we realized on the day-of that we had booked one night too few by mistake. They managed to fit us in without having us change rooms. A major relief to put it mildly!"

"Honestly our first room was not great, it was dirty and some outlets did not work. After bringing it to their attention, they immediately apologized and moved us to a much better room and made a small upgrade for the inconvenience. The correction was quick and the new room was amazing, clean, everything worked, and the staff was so helpful all hours of the day and night."

"I rate this hotel high for a location - right in Ginza , near all shopping spots, the room we stayed Deluxe A is large , very clean bathrooms and above all very friendly staff at the front desk. If staying for extended period the breakfast which is a set menu can get boring other than that no reason not to stay here "

"I stayed here a few months ago and had a completely different experience. My stay this time was not as great. Room was more worn. Staff who checked me in was very dismissive and felt like I was rushed through everything. I know I joined their Fujita membership club during my last stay but he “skipped” the screen to scan my QR code. This meant I didn’t get my free drink and late check out for this stay. When I tried to tell him that I was a member he said “thank you” but didn’t do anything else. I was not happy. Besides that, location in Ginza is great. "
