"The Hotel Ginza by Granbel was fabulous. From the helpful, welcoming staff to the amazing onsen, with Hot springs bath, cold plunge, steam and sauna, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. It is also located close to the train station(8 min walk), tons of amazing restaurants and shopping in the premier area of Tokyo. There is also a popular nightclub on the lower level. The only thing I would change is that the coffee in the room are coffee bags (think tea bags). There is a complimentary coffee/tea service in the lobby area, but it has powdered cream. Also, if you get a terrace room, which we paid for, it is overlooking the train tracks beyond the high hedges you can hardly see over, so to me, not worth it, unless you want to sit out there at night. There is a rooftop bar/restaurant that is lovely, with nice lighting and an outdoor patio. We only had a cocktail here, so I cannot speak about the food. But, you would be hard pressed to have a bad meal in all of Japan, we didn't. We were not bothered by train noise for sleeping at all, either. Do yourself a favor and stay here."

"This room was sooo clean!!!! This was the first hotel we stayed at when checking in in Tokyo and I was honestly blown away by how clean it was. There was not one speck of dirt in the room throughout our entire stay. I absolutely love the shower it feels like you’re in a recording studio. I thought it was gonna be too small and I wouldn’t like it, but it ended up being my favorite shower from the three hotels that we stayed. The location is perfect. It is not even a minute away from 711. It’s routed by so many food. We pretty much paid ¥1000 every time we wanted to go somewhere taking an Uber within Ginza. 1000% would say at this hotel and 1000% recommended to anyone wanting an accommodation where you’re surrounded by things and close to the train station. They had free umbrellas for you to take out with you if it was raining. They do have two restaurants on property, but you’re so close to everything that we didn’t even eat there. The perfect location. Ginza has so many amazing stores. We stayed five days at this hotel, but I would recommend making three days and then move closer to Shibuya. I’m still amazed by how clean this hotel was. There’s not that many amenities but I feel like because you’re right in the action. It’s really not needed and it’s a great hotel at a really great price. We stayed at a five star hotel towards the end of our trip and this hotel was so much better than that one."
