"Excellent in every way"

"Excellent service and location and rooms are decent size, we had three large suitcases and two carry ons and it wasn’t a problem at all. Service was always excellent. We went out one day and asked if they could call a restaurant once they opened to make a reservation that night and they did and confirmed by email … totally above and beyond. Will definitely stay here next time again. Great location too close to main line to get anywhere. Excellent !!! "

"Awesome stay at Hibiya. Good location not too far from Ginza and there is a train station nearby. Lobby is quite grand and cozy at high floor. Reception lady was kind enough to let us check in early. Breakfast was better than expected, friendly staffs at breakfast area every morning. Housekeeping lady super friendly and helpful, great training by the management. Only thing to improve is the laundry machines, few were broken during the stay, but we still managed to do few rounds of laundries. "

"Great hotel, especially for the money. Location is incredible - right in Ginza - lots of shopping and food around and so easily walkable. Easy access to lots of train stations as well. The little snack bar at this hotel was a huge hit with the kids (and parents) - every day after our adventuring around we’d come back for some snacks - mini donuts, cheeses, cookies, ice cream and juices, coffee, beer, soda etc. all free! "We booked a standard room, size moderate 24m2. Spacious bathroom though with spacious vanity place for pur toiletries. Service is impeccable, where my Amazon packages were already inside our room before our arrival/check in. Location is perfect."
