"I stayed at Peninsula with my 2,5 year old kid. Peninsula gave me a very complete baby amenities from bath equipments to stroller. This gives me an easy stay. The area surrounding the hotel was also excellent. The Hibiya Subway Station has exit direct to the hotel and the closest JR station which is Yurakucho station is only walking distance. It is very near with Tokyo Station also if you need to take Shinkansen."

"The room was clean and comfortable with enough room for our family of 4. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They called the International Clinic for us when my son was ill. Risa went above and beyond by walking me to a nearby hotel and arranging a partial day stay after we checked out so that we could rest. We would definitely stay here again. We were made to feel comfortable and at home. Many thanks to the staff and especially Risa. She was so kind. "

"The hotel service was unfriendly. They dont allow early check in, even when the rooms are ready. They only accept check in time at 3pm, so at that time everyone that has been waiting at the lobby,, all have to queue again to get the key. Which is very unefficient. And i have request for a late check out, an extention of only 1 hour from check out time which is 12pm because my son was not feeling well and want to rest before our bus to the airport at 13pm. Even that, they dont allow. So...
