"The best 5 stars hotel I stayed so far. The hotel is one of the most expensive hotels in Tokyo and you get what you pay. The Japanese breakfast is delicious and I love daily fruits and dessert provided by the hotel. The concierge staff, Jan, is very knowledgeable and can provide helpful recommendations on dinning and shopping."

"Room 1101 Spacious corner room with remote draperies on the 2 sides of glass window walls. Room was clean. Bathroom, super clean. Nice shelves and wardrobes to keep your belongings. Chaise along the glass window wall was favorite spot to relax with a nice view of the busy Ginza streets. Location is on the northwest end of Ginza towards Hibiya, so it's not right smack in the middle of everything, but still, it's only a short walk. Staff was very nice, helpful, and efficient. "

"Exceptional hotel and staff. Location is terrific, close to the Imperial Palace and steps to the heart of Ginza. Rooms are large for Tokyo and really well laid out. Our room had a large dressing area that was incredibly useful. The staff are exceptional and attentive to every one of our needs. Will stay at the Peninsula the next time we are in Tokyo "

"The hotel is wonderful and the location is excellent. Tokyo is a very big city and Ginza is a very central “neighborhood”. These two characteristics alone would be enough to rate the hotel as excellent. However, the hotel exceeds all expectations in terms of staff. The hospitality was the best I have ever seen! The entire staff is well trained and very attentive, including with our 7-month-old baby - special mention for the VIP service for him. We will definitely be back!"

"One of the best locations in Nihonbashi. Right next to Tokyo Station. Tons of great restaurants. Two dept stores close by, Daimaru and Takashimaya. Easy to get to other spots in city. Quieter area, less crowded, has everything you need. The rooms are spacious with kitchen and washer dryer. Staff was incredibly friendly and hospitable. I would highly recommend."

"Our stay at Mimaru Ginza East was wonderful. The room was spacious, clean, and perfect for our family of 4, two of which are teenagers, which can be hard to find in Tokyo. We especially appreciated having a small kitchen and dining area, which made it easy to relax after long days of sightseeing. The location was excellent, close to multiple train stations, convenient stores, and great restaurants, while still being in a quiet area. Super convenient as it’s right next to Kyobashi Station (Exit 6) which is on the Ginza line that brings you to the popular areas ie, Harajuku, Shinjuku, Shibuya etc. It is not as small as most hotels in Tokyo and room is clean! Highly recommend! Will come back to this hotel again when i’m back in Tokyo :)"
