"I stayed at Peninsula with my 2,5 year old kid. Peninsula gave me a very complete baby amenities from bath equipments to stroller. This gives me an easy stay. The area surrounding the hotel was also excellent. The Hibiya Subway Station has exit direct to the hotel and the closest JR station which is Yurakucho station is only walking distance. It is very near with Tokyo Station also if you need to take Shinkansen."

"The Karaksa Hotel at Tokyo Station Yaesu is a solid budget hotel in a great location for a great price. The staff were very welcoming and helpful in getting our bearings down when we arrived and the amenities available were very much appreciated; there's a table in the lobby that offers up hand towels, various toiletries, a lot of extras you can pick up for your room daily. "Our stay was perfect - I booked 3 rooms for 3 nights. I checked out twice - paid my bill the night before leaving and next morning the day we left. We had a light in-room breakfast since we left early. A couple of days later I received an e-mail from room service asking me for 36.000 extra yens that they forgot to charge me. I am still on vacation but I think that this is very unprofessional from their part. That is not good customer service at all specially for the price I paid !"
