All Staff were extremely helpful and well versed in English. Room was good sized for a couple, cleaned daily and amenities plentiful. Great food establishments right outside, with a 24-hour Lawson’s on 1st floor.
Stayed here for my biz trip in Tokyo.
There’s a free coffee machine at 1sr floor which is convenient. The facility is clean and comfortable, also the service is good.
The only point that didn’t fit to me is that the pillows are too hard, others are good. :)

Liked: Staff & service, amenities
Property advertised as new property but more like a resurfacing. Lobby, elevator, and hallway seemed new but the rooms were not. The shower curtains for throughout the bathroom had mold and table area had a thick layer of dust.
Pro was lawson was right next door and many restaurants close by
appreciated the bath salts available in the lobby - was very much needed after a long day of walking! found the hotel to be a little worn for something that had relaunched in april 2026, but was suitable for one female traveler and the light-up vanity was very useful!
Great find, close to everything. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Only a few minutes walk to the trains and walking distance to Ginza shopping streets. I really enjoyed everything about this place. I was first shocked at how small the room was but the space is very well utilized so it didn’t feel small. Plenty of outlets to charge your devices and I even had them replace my sheets and towels after only one night. You simply have to leave a tag on your door before noon to make your room. You also have the option to have them just drop off the towels. I really enjoyed staying here for 2 nights and would definitely stay here again if I’m back in this area. I highly recommend this place for single guys or a couple on a budget.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Room was different than what the images under our booking was showing and the entrance to the hotel was tough to find even with our taxi drivers. Rooms are definitely tinier and more worn out than the pictures but overall a nice stay due the great location.
During my 30 day stay in Japan I stayed at 7 hotels across different part of city Shibuya Shinjuku and Asakusa all ranging from different price points and locations Even though Ive stayed in cheaper hotels before this one is absolutely the worst by far because of how your staff deliberately humiliated me On 8/8 at 10 PM I asked a simple favor help me make a phone call to confirm my next hotel reservation before it gets canceled The staff member wearing glasses looked at me with visible disdain and refused We dont provide free phone service he said flatly then turned away. I was shocked I went to ask another staff member the same question That staff member said yes immediately No hesitation No attitude. Just basic human kindness So I went back upstairs to the first staff member to arrange the call. And this is where it became truly disgusting he refused to even look me in the eye He stared down at his desk completely avoiding my face He wouldn't acknowledge me as a human being He wouldnt apologize for his mistake No eye contact No recognition Just pure disrespect This is not about policy its about his personal contempt Another staff member proved helping was easy But this one chose humiliation anyway In 30 days across 7 hotels I have never met anyone this miserable or rude Im convinced he wouldnt treat someone Japanese like that I paid for 4 nights I treated you wit respect I expect the same if you hate your job find another one you shouldn’t work in hospitality with attitude
