"It was nice having free hot breakfast every morning, the staff was nice and friendly and I had a good night's sleep. The only downside was the first day that we were to have our room serviced, it didn't happen and I ended up changing my own linen. We informed management at the front desk and they did accommodate us with extra points for the inconvenience. Beyond that, the room was a little smaller than expected, but overall, we had a decent stay."

"I recently stayed at Homewood Suites by Hilton Chattanooga – Hamilton Place and had a fairly average experience overall. The location is convenient, especially if you want to be close to shopping and restaurants around Hamilton Place. Everything was mostly clean, though there were a few small details that seemed overlooked, like some wear on the furniture, curtains and carpet.
