"The room was very clean, bedrooms were super comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. We were a little bummed because the pool got shut down just as we were about to swim due to someone having thrown up in the pool... but other than that little hiccup we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Would definitely stay here again."

"Our suite was dirty with unclean glasses in the dishwasher, smudges and fingerprints on bathroom mirrors and on nightstands. There was a slow leak from our toilet which was annoying. Location was great with plenty of restaurants nearby. You can actually walk to a hamburger restaurant and also a Japanese restaurant from the hotel."

"The location and room were great, however our stay was soured by Olivia at the front desk. On two separate occasions over the course of the weekend not only was she unhelpful, but downright rude and disrespectful. We found great folks and southern hospitality all over Chattanooga, but not at the Super 8."

"I found a huge dead roach within minutes of entering the room. There were small ants that crawled all over my nightstand. I didn't really feel safe in the room I was in as I had a man walking back in forth in from of my room until 1am drinking beer. I mean I definitely will never stay here again. I can say the restaurant and front of house manager was great. This place just wasn't comfortable for me as a woman traveling alone. I'm sure it's ok for others the pool did look nice."
