"We did not pay for the breakfast. The hotel is modern, has a hip feel to it and the location is unbeatable. Amenities we used: coin laundry, luggage transfer service (not part of the hotel). I wish there were better small things that would make our stay (with 2 little kids) more memorable: bottle of water, some kid activity welcome gift/snack, honestly a coloring sheet would do it, but there wasn't anything like that. It would be a nice touch. Everything else was fine, clean, small room, amazing views... Just that one little thing that makes you go...awww that's nice!"

"They had all the amenities you could need if you didn't pack something or forgot to pack something - thoothbrush, toothpaste, hair brush, face wash, etc. The room itself was really comfortable and they provided pajamas and slippers! The breakfast buffet was great and the same area turned into a delicious dinner restaurant at night. I highly recommend this place and will be staying again. Also there's a 7-11 in the basement open 24hrs, which was a godsend."

"Was a bit disappointed in the booking, booked for 3, when we arrived stayed rooms were only for two, although I could book online for 3, had to book another room, although charging me for 3 the first time still had to pay full price for the second room and no reduction for the first room. "The biggest drawback to the Royal Park iconic is that you have to buy the full breakfast. You can’t just have a coffee or a continental breakfast. In order to just have a coffee you need to go outside of the hotel to the Starbucks or convenience store. It was very upsetting that no matter what we said we were not allowed in the breakfast area just to have coffee. A second drawback is that there is only news channels on the TV in English. There was no way to watch a movie or any other show in English or with subtitles. We found this very surprising for such an upscale hotel."
