We spent one night at the hotel. The hotel, our room, bathroom, breakfast areas was super clean. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was great. Lots of variety and always filled up.

The rooms were clean and they checked regularly if you wanted your room cleaned as we were there for an extended period. The breakfast was great and plenty of it. Very polite staff. Definitely would recommend.

Heritage Inn Hotel & Convention Centre High River
It was the awesome, real breakfast. Rooms are fine but a full brekkie was great.

The room smelled of pet urine and the host never communicated with me to allow me access to the unit. I didn't obtain access to the unit until 8:45pm on the date of check in when I was there at 3:30 for checkin. The business has failed to make this right not have they refunded my deposit.

We had a nice spacious comfortable room equipped with all amenities. Will book again for next stay.
