"Clean room and friendly staff, outside area feels safe. I think these are the most important.
Downside is no refrigerator in room. No microwave in room either but there is one in lobby downstairs."

"We got room 320, it smelled like prior guest had been smoking in the room.
I went to the front desk to let them know, so I could get a different room.
Front desk clerk had housekeeping manager talk to me.
She explained that they do their best to keep rooms clean ( it was clean, indeed), yet; people doesn’t follow rules and smoke in the room.
They were not able to assign me a different room because they were sold out.
Even though they sprayed the room and left window opened, the smoke odor was...
