"Check in was friendly and fast. I would stay here again and again. After we checked out I realized that I left two sentimental bracelets on the nightstand and went into a full panic. We called the hotel and they immediately went to the room, found them and held them until I could pick them up."

"They charge you a resort fee when you arrive that your Expedia cost does not include. Ours was $125 for one night. I did not see this anywhere in the booking when I booked it. It is a beautiful hotel and the rooftop has great scenery though. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable."

"Have stayed here often when it was Indigo. It was colorful and alive and the decor was welcoming. Also it had a valet service with garage next door. The staff of the claridge is excellent! The parking was next door, but no valet service with the hotel and no price reduction with the hotel. Parking space was limited. "Conveniently located, cute bars and restaurants nearby and within walking distance of a tour bus stop. The room was clean, comfortable beds and the staff was pleasant."

Our room did not feel clean- hair in the sink and dried up contact lenses on the glass night table! They do not put robes in the room- there is fine print I saw the second day that you can request them and extra towels! I wish I had been made aware of this."

"As helpful as the front desk staff was, the halls smelled, our room had a terrible smell of mildew and the air conditioner/heater unit would smell like burnt hair when it was turned on. We found bugs (carpet Beatles/ants) and were offered a discount if we stayed another night only to be offered a discount on a weekend rate which was just as much as the room was. I was not happy with this and would never recommend it."

"1/4 roll of TP doesn't cut it. Shower drains very slowly. I asked for a lake view. This was barely, there were many empty rooms with great views however. Everything else was excellent. Salmon & shrimp salad was wonderful. Still, I love this place!"
