"Location is okay. Right next to laundromat and a sushi restaurant. The place it self is pretty run down and old. Alot of the repairs look like a landlords special. The room is super hot and you have to leave the ac on for a while. If you turn the ceiling fan on, all the hot air pushes down. Not well insulated. There’s also a funny smell in The kitchen commons area. They have a promotion posted everywhere saying if you give a good review then you can win some free stays. Im guessing everyone is...

"We caught a very hot weekend which made the room very uncomfortable for sleeping.
