"Highs and lows! Staff was great. However, feels like because we were an Expedia reservation, we got the run-down part of the property when it was nearly empty. Pros: Amazing location. Walkable to everything. Gym was awesome. Staff was great. Room was clean*. Cons: No AC. On the 4th floor, it gets hot. Also, in the run-down wing, neghbors balcony looks into our bedroom. Not great when there’s no AC and you need the door open. Feels like 1960 called and wants their condo back. Deferred...

"Its quite rare to find this hidden gem hotel which is slightly secluded from hustle bustle of tourist area but at the same time easy to reach if needed. This town and the hotel has all the amazing views of the mountain with iconic green bridge. The room was very clean with all the amenities you might need for your stay, and very knowledgeable front desk staff. "We were only here for one night while we were driving to California, but I wish we could have stayed here for a week. A terrific room in a very hospitable hotel with a great restaurant and lots of nice amenities—and a gorgeous view from our room. If you're lucky enough to go to Vail, this is an excellent choice for a place to stay."
