"This was our first time staying at The Pearl. It was beautiful, clean and relaxing. The staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful. We had great access to the beach that was less than a 5 minute walk."

"I was extremely disappointed with our stay. We paid extra for what was supposed to be a pool view room, but our “view” was nothing more than a white pool equipment/towel building and a few trees. It was very misleading.
The room itself was in poor condition when we arrived. The paint was peeling, the bathroom door wouldn’t even shut properly, the bed sheets had stains on them, and the mini fridge didn’t work. For the amount of money we spent, I expected a clean, well-maintained room, and this...
