Each room has its own bathroom which makes getting ready for outings much easier. The house is located in the seacrest beach section of Rosemary Beach and is only a five minute walk to pool and 10 minute walk to beach. "Very clean, comfortable and beds/bedding were great! Short walk to beach. Close to restaurants, shopping and bike rentals. Very quiet area. "

"It was a lovely clean and centrally located property. A couple minute walk to the private beach, and 5 minutes to the town center of Seaside. We had a great relaxing time. "

"The condo was the perfect size for my teenager and I for spring break. We could walk to restaurants and shops and it was a quick drive to other areas on 30A. We would drive to the Santa Rosa public beach access but it was walkable. The only cons were you could hear the neighbors on the floor above us walking around and the lights flickered in the bathroom. There were no instructions for the T.V and remotes. I was trying to find a movie for my daughter and I to watch at night but face up trying...

"Beautiful modern style inside the building an and about a 3 minute walk to the beach, can’t really ask for better for how much we paid. Simple check in, you just drive up and that’s it. This has been the easiest place to stay, no people involved. Also the beach is beautiful and the sand is so bright and white. Me and my fiancé loved it and will definitely be back next year! (Here’s the view you get from a 3 minute walk)"
