"I reserved 2 saturdays and need to leave my car in hotels using their paid custody service. When I arrived to hotel they explain that the parking will be full and cannot use the service even when the parking was with empty spaces. employee didn't help to solve my problem."

"Everyone was nice, place was clean but the only thing is that there is no elevator if you have no luggage is fine but if you do is annoying. They did make security help me which is nice but I felt like I needed to tip him (no issues with that, he was helpful, polite and nice) is just the fact of feeling that you have to do (he insisted it was not necessary tho) :)"

"Una vez en el hotel todo estuvo genial, pero para llegar ahi fue un problema tomar el shuttle al hotel. Te llega un mensaje indicando que debes llamar a un número, pero responde una grabación con 4 opciones, ninguna referenciada a pedir el transporte... si presionas 1 te responde un call center que te redirecciona la llamada perdiendo mucho tiempo. La opcion correcta era 0 para esperar a una operadora. 45 minutos perdidos."

"The hotel is right next to the airport so is very conveniently located for traveling. The room was clean, the carpet was a little old, sheets and bed were average but within what you would expect from a hotel like this. I would not stay here for my vacation, but for sure would stay here again if I was just passing by during my travel. "

"They need to improve WiFi for iPhone phones. Constantly dropped off."
