The internet speed varied but was OK. The AC was fine. It is a nice idea to have coffee and tea on the 7th floor, but it could be improved. I would make a return visit.

Sofitel London Gatwick
Bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and polite. Our room was upgraded and we were given a 20% off food voucher but were unable to use in the restaurant we chose. Unfortunately our bathroom fan didn’t work but was an overall comfortable stay for our early flight
