"Had a great stay here, the staff was quick and attentive during check in and helpful. There was a woman who was having issues with her reservations and the staff member was very patient and offered solutions to her booking issue. I bring this up bc the last place we stayed the worker lacked knowledge on how to help and being in the hospitality business, that has to be a must. The room was nice it was clean. "I’ve stayed at a few cheap motels or lodges due to unexpected traveling. I’ve had a few bad experiences, but this place is grotesque. The lobby is a Weinersnitchel type window where it’s hard to hear the person inside. My key didn’t work so I had to walk back. I got into my room & the place was filthy. I also booked a king with a desk but didn’t get it. I got a room with a dirt floor, bugs alive & dead, dirty shower, blood & yellow stained towels, & snacks that were thrown around. I showered...

"Very disappointing stay. The key card didn't work properly, and I had to go to the front desk twice to get assistance. Unfortunately, the front desk employee was rude and unhelpful. To make matters worse, the room didn't have air conditioning—only a small plastic fan, which was not adequate. Overall, the service and accommodations did not meet expectations, and I would not stay here again."

"It's really hard to believe that you can walk into a Hilton Lobby and be met with stifling heat. It was a hot day outside but the lobby was worse.
