"This hotel was Amazing!! The location is perfect if you are planning on going to Disney.. it is super close to Disney but it’s cheaper and less crowded than one of the resorts. "I read the reviews beforehand but wanted to give the place a shot because my kids were going to be so stoked. Last minute, I read a few reviews that mentioned bugs and cleanliness. Immediately I called my friend who was also coming and let her know because her daughter recently had open heart surgery, so cleanliness was a top priority. They told me they wouldn’t refund me, I had to show up, CHECK IN, and then ask for the refund.

"Great overall hotel ! We had a great stay there for 3 days. Great staff, clean rooms and a very nice lobby.
I gave only 4 stars for a few reasons:
1. The bathroom door only slides shut with no lock. There is no fan in the washroom so after showers it fogs up the glass pretty bad.
2. There is a very stong "Fabreeze" type smell in the hallways. This could bother some people with sensitive noses or allergies.
3. We didn't use the pool due to no real privacy as its in the front of the building...

"We’ve stayed here a few times over the last several years. Sadly, this trip was the worst so far. First the valet.. you pay almost $45 per night for valet with tax. On several occasions when we arrived at the hotel and when we left we had to walk to the valet
and hand the keys to them as they were busy on their phones. No greeting, no meeting you as you pulled in and greeting you nothing. At one point I handed the keys to another employee as the valet was head down typing away on his phone...
