"Friendly staff clean room smelled nice and great breakfast. The only thing i did not like was only w towels in the room but the maids gave us some. And they charge you 20 dollars a night for coincidentals and i still havent seen mybrefund on that. We left the room.spotless but its a charge above and beyond your room rate. Also they were taking the hot tub out. "

"Great location, close to shops and restaurants. Service was pleasant (I didn’t have a need for them other then check in). Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good for included hotel breakfast. I usually skip them, but enjoyed this one! Convenient to I80. "

"DISAPPOINTED. I made my reservation through hotels.com, paid for the reservation, received a confirmation number, and receive the receipt of payment for the room. When I arrived at the hotel they had no record of my reservation. I attempted the contact hotels.com directly through your AI assistant, and receive no response. I was then forced to pay again for the room directly to the hotel. I find this to be completely unacceptable and expect someone to contact me directly to resolve this...

"The room was very clean and comfortable.. unfortunately there was a lack of staff., had to wait 10 minutes to check in as there was no one at the desk. In the morning the breakfast was fantastic. Not Your normal hotel breakfast.. unfortunately again, I need to get an extra face cloth and towel and was unable no one at the desk again.. went back to the room and called .. desk , manager and housekeeping with no answer.. so we had to make do. "

"Every aspect of my stay was excellent. Very friendly and attentive staff from check-in to check out! Evening light dinner was a surprise and much appreciated after a long day on the road. The fresh made cookies topped it off. Tommy was very clean and well appointed. Slept better on the bed than I do at home. Breakfast was tasty and not the usual fare. Every offering was full and maintained. Best stay I’ve had in the last year!"
