"Clean room, really nice shower/tub area. As a frequent traveler, hands down the nicest hotel in that price point that we’ve stayed. While it was a quick one night stay and we didn’t get to enjoy the facilities, the room and atmosphere were resort like. Would really like to go back when we have more time and outdoor soaking pool project is complete. "

"They are sneaky, they hide a $10 parking fee per day. They also charge $16 for a basic breakfast. I clearly chose to prepay for $10 for the breakfast for my entire stay, but the young lady at the front desk just told me that it was $16. She couldn't explain that because I booked through Expedia it was only going to cost us $10. I wouldn't have minded spending $10 had I known that's what I would have been charged. Training is important. If you call to complain that you're upstairs neighbors...

"The property was in good shape overall but some older features in the kitchen and the sleeper couch needed updating. Parking was free and the continental breakfast was sufficient. "

"Really cool place to stay. It's not cramped but it is certainly cozy. There are a million things to explore and discover. We loved our room's unique décor and the view from our big bay windows. The soaking pool was fabulous. The spa books out FAST so we definitely should have planned ahead if we wanted a spot there."

"We would love to give a 5 star review as the front desk personnel were courteous and informative. The breakfast choices were also excellent. The reason for the 3 stars was due to the fact that the freezer was frozen over and during the night one of our cans of water exploded in the refrigerator. Not a pleasant sound or experience to wake up to. We did notify the front desk and nothing was ever done to rectify/replace the refrigerator during our stay. Our bottle of creamer was also frozen.
