"The bedroom was very tired, chipped walls, a large chunk out of the plaster on the corner. Seemed to be dirt and dust under the glass on the desk. Dirty/dust where the carper meets the mini bar cupboard. Great underground carp park for a fee but worth it to charge my EV."

"This hotel is very tired. Check in was 3pm, yet many of the rooms were not ready until after 4pm. Other customers (Mainly overseas tourists) were given a drink voucher because their room wasn't ready, but we weren't or neither was another Kiwi guest. We eventually asked for one about 1/2 hour later & were given one. The bar area where people were waiting for their rooms wasn't big enough to accommodate everyone.
Rooms had been updated but bathrooms were tired. The shower was very small & the...

"You can only turn into the driveway from one direction so it meant we had to u-turn to get in. There is no lifts so needed to use stairs with suitcases.
Staff was lovely and friendly, and the view was gorgeous!"
