"The booking was done accidentally. Dates were wrong. I contacted hotel and expedia immidiately. Then I went to hotel and explained them. They still wanted to keep money. Then I canceled my stay. They still kept the money. I do not recommend this place to stay at all. They act like scams. They care only about money. They do not want you to feel comfortable. "I found the staff demonstrated over & above customer service..I felt comfortable snd safe. It’s a family place for a safe stay while you come & go.. the parking was well lit as well. "My family and I just stayed here for one night while in town from Arizona. We didn’t have a reservation anywhere I was aware there were three motels with similar reviews in within the same area and I figured we would drive-through and pick based on which one looked the best. "The name of the hotel is in the process of being changed but the GPS took us to the right spot. The hotel is large I believe 3 sectiond and It's going through renovation therefore a section is under construction which looks like it will be the main entrance once finished. The entrance is around the back opposite Winco. The front desk receptionist was very helpful, the room was clean, didn't smell stale or anything nauseating. I believe it's an extended stay so you will see people hanging around...

"The second I came in I felt welcomed. Staying for about two weeks and while I feel like I've seen new faces every time, it was a consistent familial feeling. I believe his name is Amitesh. He's been the best, took care of the one accident I had and always had a smile on his face. The times I came in during their shifts Adrian, Katherine, and Joely were all a pleasure even when they were busy with their tasks. Even the maintenance guy Walter always greeted me!
