"Bar and breakfast rooms were great..clean room..however we were given top floor room with four flights of stairs.. room too small for a double with very uneven floor.. Room was very hot window only opened six inches not much air coming in.fan provided was useless.. didn’t get much sleep as we were hot sticky and itratible..not going back.this was not in the heatwave.. the following weekend .."

"Our stay was ok for what we paid. The room was clean but had no air conditioning, which in the heat wave was a bit uncomfortable. A fridge in the room would have been good. Breakfast was decent and they have a Starbucks onsite which was great. The staff were friendly and overall I would say it was value for money."

"No reception or staff to greet you which was not an issue, I was emailed and messaged clear details of how to enter the property and my room. Car park at the side of the property was available and free to use. Spacious room and en suite. Room had a slight musty smell, difficult to have window open as near a busy room. When shut it is however quiet. Would I book again, yes. "

"This hotel is a hidden gem! The host, Maria, is truly wonderful. Her attention to detail is fab, and she couldn't be anymore helpful and welcoming. Maria stayed late for my colleagues check in and then came in early to accommodate us for an early breakfast. The dinner was divine - strongly recommend the tikka curry. Home cooked, beautiful meal. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I will ensure I book here when I visit Birmingham again!!!"

"This is a nice hotel, situated within the racecourse. We stayed during very hot weather and the whole building was lovely and cool. The room was a good size and clean. We stayed as a family of 4, the room hadn't been set up to accommodate for that - we only had two towels and no bedding for the pull out - but when we contacted reception this was resolved very quickly. The only thing I think really needs improvement is breakfast, there was hot food and toast but it would be nice to have more...

"The room was just what I needed. Was in town for the Premier League. Conveniently located to the train station and an easy enough walk to Molineux."

"The room smelled like someone was smoking in it all night and day. I had the room for multiple days, and ended up leaving after the first night, even though I had to pay for another hotel. Best money I spent. It’s a shame because the staff were quite nice, but the room, facilities, and vibe was terrible."
