Serviced Apartment di Hinckley and Bosworth

"I stayed in this hotel room and it was ridiculously hot to the point of being unbearable. The air conditioning either didn’t work or was completely ineffective, and the room felt like a sauna all night. I wasn’t able to sleep at all, which completely ruined my stay. For the price I paid, this is unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here until they fix their temperature control issues."

"I stayed here as I had an event I was going to at the CBS Arena and I could literally walk there from where I was, so it was perfectly situated for me. The apartment had everything I needed. The apartment did have a standing fan, although I did take 2 extra little portable bedside fans as the weather was particularly hot. The only suggestions I have is that there could be a better mirror or lighted up mirror for doing make-up. I would also prefer curtains to the blinds as these did keep banging...

"The room was spacious, and provides was a complimentary breakfast and beverages to drink. The ensuite is a nice large size. Car parking can be a bit of a squeeze if there are guests with cars staying in all of the flats. There was good friendly communication with the owner most of the time. The WiFi was working, but for some reason not the smart TV. Maybe a previous guest messed it up. The house is on a good bus route, with a stop across the road and regular buses into Derby city...

"Was unable to check in. Noone answered any of the phone numbers provided with the booking or on the door at the property. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE"

"Strategic location, excellent facilities (washing machine!) and thoughtful touches.. milk in fridge, oranges, cereals, capsule coffee maker."

"The rooms were poorly appointed with no TV's as a basic. Not cleaned, toe nails on the carpets, broken windows on the ground floor which wouldn't close, making the rooms insecure to break in. Drugs left behind from previous occupants. Toilet paper in the toaster which was a random one? We booked a 2 night stay but left after the first night. I have been asking for a refund under the circumstances for the 2nd night but communication has stopped. Would definitely not book again"
