"The room was not clean the floor had dirt, dirty walls had stickers . Shower had broken off handle holes and by the shower head. The towels were dirty. AC barely worked there was no blankets on the bed the only blankets left had holes in them . There was no breakfast only muffins and honey buns. Door didn’t fit to trim leaving a gap ."

"Arrival had to wait for someone to come to the front desk for a good 5-7 minutes. Elevators unclean, with odor. Studio/kitchenette room for two guests: one chair at desk their for where are you supposed to sit down to talk and enjoy your meal together. Staff are polite when you do see them speaking of the husband and wife team. Housekeeping I had to wipe down the walls, toilet and dust from headboard and etc"
