"立地は最高で、トラム1本でチューリッヒ駅にも中心街（Paradeplatz）にも行けました。最寄り駅にCOOPもあり、便利です。部屋も広く、満足でした。部屋の清掃は月水金のみですが、十分でした。エアコンはないのですが、夜はそれほど暑くないので、設置してもらった扇風機で問題なく過ごせました。5人まで宿泊できるのにシャワールームとトイレが一つしかないのが、唯一の不満でした。"

"Property manager and staff were friendly and responsive when we check-in. They allowed us early check-in when room is ready and available. They showed us how to use the free laundry facilities and provided us with the detergent. Very helpful and attentive property manager who even asked whether we need a portable fan when we came back from a warm day. Good location. About 15 mins tram ride from Lucerne Central Station. "Very happy with the accommodation. Clean, comfortable bed, small balcony, equipped with everything one may need during a short stay. Parking in the garage had to be arrange paid separately. So, not included in the price of the accommodation. All in all, it is a very recommendable place."

"We needed an inexpensive spot for a spontaneous change of plans and found this apartment. It has a small kitchen which we didn’t utilize, and a small sun room. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was adequately stocked with shampoo and towels. There is no A/C if that matters. FYI: The room key also unlocks the entrance door. "
